I have dedicated nearly a decade to the fields of Movement and Nourishment, with extensive training in Transformational Coaching. My focus is on Strength, Mobility, Flexibility, and the principles of intuitive and holistic nourishment.
Setting aside my professional achievements, I am first and foremost someone who has conquered addiction, body dysmorphia, poor skin health, and the challenges of a sick body. As a Coach and space-holder, I offer compassion and a deep understanding of what it’s like to feel stuck in a painful, inescapable cycle.
Through my personal journey, I found that meaningful change is achievable, and that we can form a new, positive relationship with our bodies and world around us. By learning to listen to the signals of my body and understanding symptoms as messages, small but impactful changes began to surface. Transformation unfolded through the practice of being present in my body rather than simply trying to fix it.
One truth I've embraced over the years is that our bodies are both brilliant and resilient, and no matter where you stand on your journey, know that you are not alone.
